Digital Workshop on Capacity Building

HOWAMAN is an inter- and transdisciplinary as well as international research project, which also leads to a high heterogeneity in understanding, goals and methods of the partners. In order to work together on one orientation from the beginning in work package 4, a workshop on capacity building was held in which the basic approach of the consortium was elaborated. After an introduction to the topic, the topics of goals, roles and responsibilities as well as already possible concrete measures within the sub-work packages (different target groups of capacity building) were collected and systematized in groups. Based on this, it was possible to differentiate objectives and approaches per target group. The systematics resulting from the workshop will be used for the future coordination and design of WP 4.
