Since September 2018, Prof. Daniel Bachmann is part of the department Water, Environment, Construction and Safety of the University of Applied Sciences in Magdeburg (HS-M). Currently, Prof. Bachmann is setting-up a new working group specialized working in flood risk analysis, hydrodynamic analysis, failure analysis and impact analysis (i. a. critical infrastructures), and short-term flood forecast.
